You go should discuss this with your probation officer. Most of these programs are income sensitive. You need to take it seriously and not just “skirt the rules”. Yes it’s a pain in the a** and as you know if you don’t like it you can serve the time. Stay the hell away from the people you used to use with. I’m glad I’m straight now. I don’t need constant reminders and lectures. Enough of the people I hung with are dead or in jail. I just want to get on with something else besides the damn meetings and reporting in.
Call your health dept. if your PO doesn’t have any good suggestions. Mine was at no cost. Good luck.

Social Services should be able to refer you to sliding scale or free outpatient programs.
    Also try the Salvation Armyhttp://www.salvationarmyusa.org/usn/www_…

Out patient does not mean inpatient. If you attend AA classes that will be good enough and will put you in touch with people who will help you get inpatient if that is what you want. Got to want to quit or it doesnt work.

Ask your probation officer.. they are obligated to help you through that.. look it up in your phone book there should be a clnic where it is on a sliding scale. good luck

There are usually state funded re-habs and at a low cost or nothing at all. Type in your state – ex: Oklahoma state drug rehab or something of that nature. Hope this helps. Or you could call a local hospital and they may be helpful. I had to do the same thing and it took awhile to find one that was affordable. I was not court ordered, but on my Attorney’s suggestion. The outcome of the deal I was in, was not good. I would get into one asap, be a trooper and get with their program, because they will write a report and give it to the judge. And yes he will take that into consideration. Good Luck to you.
